I use an electric one which works much better now that I store the bowl in the chest freezer and it gets a lot colder. thingsforboyshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11025820476772182937noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9027191706980748713.post-70827859142332712902013-10-19T02:58:53.686+10:002013-10-19T02:58:53.686+10:00Yum! We received our ice cream churner as a wedding present years ago, and it's lots of fun to dust it off every summer when there is so much fruit in abundance. Great activity to do with kids too.

You might like a great recipe I blogged years ago for spiced banana ice cream at bit.ly/1gqmbduAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9027191706980748713.post-31081124837202202442013-10-19T02:01:05.433+10:002013-10-19T02:01:05.433+10:00The small hand ice cream maker is fantastic! I bought a 2 quart electric ice cream maker this year. It is noisy, that's true, but the size is perfect for just the two of us. I like the freeze first bowls, because it means I don't have to use salt and ice. Isn't it fun experimenting with recipes?Leighhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02435811789823712254noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9027191706980748713.post-69906095278262807802013-10-18T15:46:13.046+10:002013-10-18T15:46:13.046+10:00Love homemade ice cream.
